Hey everyone!

Chris here, just giving you a quick weekend recap of our overnight trips. We fished at different islands, and we’re starting to like what we’re seeing! We’ve noticed more schools of yellowtail moving into both islands we fished over the weekend, which is a great sign.

Because of this, we will be concentrating on targeting **yellowtail**, **calico bass**, and **bonito**—essentially the game fish on our overnight trips.

Weekdays have been tough for getting off the dock, so we’ve scheduled a couple of trips that have a special rate. For example, we have multiple**two-day trips departing every Sunday night** targeting white seabass for only **$450** (meals not included) we will also be raffling off to one lucky winner a Shimano Curado reel and a couple Freedom t-shirts to make things exciting . These trips are exclusively focused on white seabass. If things aren’t working out, we’ll take a break and look for yellowtail, and loading up the bags with two-day limits of rockfish.

Getting ready for our fishing trips? Here’s what we recommend you bring along:

- **Full-Size Yo-Yo Iron Essential for targeting yellowtail and other species.

- **Rod Options**:

- **25 lb and 30 lb Sticks**: Great for easily fly lining with live bait.

- **40 lb Setup**: Perfect for dropper loop or yo-yo setups.
